Website Ad Submission Guidelines

If you are submitting an ad for any of our websites, please follow the instructions below.

Acceptable File Format

A Web-optimized file format is needed. We will accept optimized JPEG, GIF and Flash files that are small in size.

Advertisers submitting materials that do not meet our mechanical requirements will be required to resubmit their ad, or will be billed at $75 per hour for in-house production work.

Ad Suggestions

For a more visible ad, consider using animation, underlining "click here" in the image and using blue borders. We will help you test your ad, so if you would like to submit two ads, we will switch it out halfway through your purchased time period.

Ad Sizes

We accept ads on all of our websites and in our editorial email newsletters (SRR's Snapshot and GSM's Wrap Up). All sites use the same ad sizes. Sizes are represented in pixels.

Premium Top Banner (rotates 3x) - 450 X 75
Left Vertical Banner (rotates 3x) - 175 X 300
Right Vertical Banner (rotates 3x) - 175 X 300
Left Small Banner (rotates 3x) - 175 X 100
Right Small Banner (rotates 3x) - 175 X 100
